Following the 2024 U.S. presidential election, Sky News commissioned a set of dynamic, “Top Trumps”-style cards to visualise potential members of Donald Trump’s new Cabinet. Designed for fast-paced live broadcast, the cards combined bold visual design with clear editorial structure- each profiling a high-profile candidate with attributes such as loyalty, public profile, and confirmation risk.
The designs debuted live on air immediately after the election and were subsequently reused across Sky News’ programming for months, including as Trump’s actual Cabinet picks were confirmed. Their visual versatility enabled seamless use across TV, digital, and social media platforms, providing an engaging, accessible way for audiences to follow political developments.
This project blended real-time news demands with creative storytelling, delivering a standout visual asset within a high-stakes editorial environment.
